flyGR8 now welcomes applications for Station Supervisor positions.

​Applicants will have the opportunity to be considered to join our company’s dynamic team.



​Operational, quality, and safety supervision of the handling and servicing of flyGR8 flights. Liaison between internal company departments, sub-contracted agencies, airport authorities, and tour operator representatives.


  • Monitor and supervise all ground operations functions related to aircraft turnaround and passenger handling

  • Monitor performance and keep records concerning aircraft and passenger servicing

  • Record and report any sub-contractor deviation from agreements

  • Report matters of importance, irregularity or noncompliance to headquarters

  • Alert headquarters of anticipated flight irregularities.

  • Coordinate irregularity handling with Headquarters and supervise services offered by sub-contractors

  • Inform headquarters on changes in local regulations and infrastructure

  • Handle catering activities

  • Process passenger data and inform headquarters on last minute requests and/or changes

  • Perform turnaround inspections

  • Be a support to all other departments that are involved with the operation



  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in ground handling and airline operations is required

  • Knowledge of Departure Control Systems and Type B Messaging

  • Knowledge of Passenger & Ramp Handling, load control, and weight & balance

  • Knowledge of baggage tracing and claims handling

  • Proficiency in IT systems including Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Good written and verbal skills in both Greek and English

  • Knowledge of EU261 regulation is desirable

  • Additional language skills would be considered an asset
