flyGR8 now welcomes applications for Station Coordinator positions.

Applicants will have the opportunity to be considered to join our company’s dynamic team.



​Operational coordination and control, as well as quality and safety supervision, of ground operations activities between internal company departments, sub-contracted agencies, and tour operators.



  • Monitor and coordinate all ground operations functions related to aircraft turnaround and passenger handling

  • Monitor performance and keep records concerning Ground Operations

  • Monitor all flight irregularities and coordinate handling of such

  • Collect, monitor and process KPIs relating to Ground Operations

  • Perform station and turnaround inspections

  • Control, process & dispatch passenger data and requests

  • Be a support to all other departments that are involved with the operation



  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in ground handling and airline operations is required, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position

  • Knowledge of Departure Control Systems and Type B Messaging

  • Knowledge of Passenger & Ramp Handling, load control, and weight & balance

  • Knowledge of baggage tracing and claims handling

  • Proficiency in IT systems including, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Good written and verbal skills in both Greek and English

  • Knowledge of EU261 regulation is desirable

  • Additional language skills would be considered an asset.
