ACMI lease is a rental of an aircraft from one airline to another, of aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance; while maintaining operational control of the aircraft at all times. 'Wet' lease involves full crew complement, while 'Damp' lease involves flight deck crews, as is usually on longer/seasonal basis.
